Alright, good morning everybody.
So, when you wake up first thing in the morning, you want to take that morning stretch.
And it's just a great way to just lay back, open up your arms, and you're just stretching out the chest.
Take some deep breaths in and out.
You're going to feel your lower back stretching.
You can flex and point the feet.
And you can do ankle circles.
And just go at your own pace here, nice and slow, no hurry.
Reverse direction.
Alright, and then slowly come up.
And we're going to bring the pillow from behind.
Now, you can either bring it to the front, like so.
Or you can go lengthwise to really stretch out over the pillow.
And that's going to stretch out your lower back.
And again, you want to roll those shoulders, push them down.
And that elongates the spine.
Keep the core engaged.
Now, if you've got it this way, you can put your arms here.
Again, keep the shoulders pressed down.
And come flex the feet.
Alright, or you can turn it sideways.
And go this way.
Or you can move the pillow all together.
And roll the shoulders down and back.
Squeeze the core.
And then forward.
And back.
Forward and back.
Alright, this is working the abdominals as well as stretching out your hamstrings.
Nice deep breathing here.
